- Sales Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential clients or customers.
- Develop new business opportunities by cold calling, networking, and using social media platforms.
- Maintain and grow a strong retail customer base.
- Appointment of new distributors
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Conduct product or service demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements to close deals successfully.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Provide post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance using CRM systems.
- Analyze sales data to assess trends and areas of improvement.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities or threats.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Suggest improvements or new products based on customer feedback
