We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding guest service while managing front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and walk-in bookings.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and guest inquiries.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain billing records.
- Verify guest identification and complete registration formalities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records using hotel management software.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is an advantage).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, responsible, and well-groomed personality.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior hotel experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹8,254.46 - ₹13,000.00 per month
