Junior Lean Consultant / Associate Consultant
Location: Ahmedabad, Sanand & Kadi
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹28,000 per month

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial or Automobile Engineering
Job Summary:
We are looking for Junior Lean Consultants to support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects at client locations. Candidates should have exposure to production operations, process improvement, shop floor activities, and manufacturing excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze production, quality, productivity, and energy consumption data
- Prepare SOPs, Work Instructions, Presentations, Reports, and Visual Management materials
- Conduct Time & Motion Studies and identify improvement opportunities
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools and practices
- Assist in 5S, Process, and Energy Audits
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of action plans
- Travel to client sites and work closely with shop floor teams
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts
- Understanding of tools such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Kanban, SMED, VSM, FMEA, and 7 QC Tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in Production/Manufacturing departments of Engineering or MNC organizations
- Flexible to travel and relocate within Gujarat if required
- Immediate joiners preferred
