We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Purchase Executive with real estate experience to drive land and material acquisition efforts for our projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate land parcels and properties for acquisition to support Manbhum’s residential projects.
- Negotiate with landowners, brokers, and vendors to secure cost-effective deals within project budgets.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize purchase agreements and documentation.
- Travel to project sites across Hyderabad as required to assess properties or meet stakeholders.
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and ensure timely project progress.
- Maintain records of purchase activities and provide reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate companies, preferably in purchase roles.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable traveling to sites across Hyderabad when required.
- Based in Hyderabad
