**About the Role**
We are looking for passionate, experienced Academic Counselors who are driven by the desire to make a meaningful difference in students' lives and help them turn their aviation dreams into reality.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a confident counselor, and someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with students and parents. You will be responsible for understanding each student's aspirations, providing the right career guidance, and helping them choose the most suitable pathway towards building a successful career in the aviation industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
Counsel students and parents on aviation courses, career pathways, and opportunities.
Understand students' aspirations, strengths, and career goals and provide personalised guidance.
Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions and explain course structure, eligibility, career prospects, and placement support.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Follow up with prospective students and guide them throughout the admission journey.
Achieve counselling and admission targets while maintaining high standards of student guidance.
Stay updated on aviation industry trends, career opportunities, and relevant courses.
Represent the academy professionally at seminars, school/college visits, and student interaction events.
**What We Are Looking For**
2+ years of experience in academic counseling, career counseling, education sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and convincing abilities.
A genuine passion for mentoring and guiding young people.
Positive, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
Ability to connect naturally with students and parents.
Prior experience in aviation, education, or career counseling will be an added advantage.
Hard core sales background will take you a long way, sky is the limit when it comes to a career with us.

- Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
