Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of interior projects. The candidate will ensure work is completed on time, with quality and as per design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site work and labor teams
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and designers
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and design plans
- Monitor project timelines and progress
- Maintain quality standards and site safety
- Handle material delivery and stock at site
- Report daily updates to the management team
- Solve on-site issues efficiently
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings
- Knowledge of interior materials and finishes
- Understanding of site execution and detailing

Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design / Civil / Architecture (preferred)
- Relevant site experience in interior projects
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of measurements and BOQ
- Experience in residential / commercial interior projects
- Ability to handle multiple sites (if required)
