Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions or service offerings.
- Conduct lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination activities.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and business discussions with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and sales pipelines in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports when required.
