Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, handle customer enquiries, and convert prospects into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up with prospective customers and close sales
- Maintain customer records and update CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Target-oriented with strong customer handling skills
Work Location: In-person (Kakkanad, Kochi)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
