Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to support our sales team by generating leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining regular communication with prospective customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, property portals, and referrals.
- Qualify customer requirements and update lead details in the CRM system.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Customer Engagement
- Explain project features, pricing, location advantages, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to maximize conversions.
Sales Support
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding appointments and lead status.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead tracking records.
- Ensure timely updates of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Support sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Reporting
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Track lead conversion ratios and follow-up status.
- Maintain accurate customer databases.
Candidate RequirementsEducation
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional certification in Sales or Customer Service will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or Real Estate Sales Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and email communication.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
