- Coordinate the complete order processing cycle from order receipt to material dispatch.
- Regularly follow up with the manufacturing plant to track production status and expected dispatch timelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare and maintain order status reports, dispatch schedules, and delivery updates.
- Communicate dispatch timelines and order status to the Sales and Customer Service teams.
- Ensure all dispatch-related documents, invoices, delivery challans, and transport details are prepared accurately.
- Monitor pending orders and proactively follow up to avoid delays.
- Should be good in Excel.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
