We are looking for an organized and proactive Back Office Executive to support our Sales and Operations team. The ideal candidate should have experience in documentation, client coordination, quotation preparation, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and maintain enquiry records.
- Coordinate with clients through email and phone.
- Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.
- Maintain customer databases and project records.
- Prepare purchase orders, work orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate with the production and project teams.
- Maintain filing systems and documentation.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Support day-to-day office operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
