Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, managing departmental coordination, and utilizing IDS PMS for smooth front office and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day hotel/resort operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and guest service processes using IDS PMS
- Handle guest complaints, escalations, and service recovery
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance teams
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and operational reports through IDS
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, service standards, and safety regulations
- Prepare daily reports and maintain shift handover documentation
- Support staff training and operational efficiency initiatives
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of IDS PMS
- Excellent leadership and guest relationship management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage hotel operations and team coordination effectively
- Good analytical and reporting skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- 3–8 years of experience in hotel operations
- Experience using IDS PMS is mandatory
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality properties
- Strong understanding of front office, reservations, and guest services operations
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
