We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to support our growing sustainability work.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and nurture relationships with inbound leads, existing clients, and strategic partners to drive business growth, client retention, and long-term collaboration opportunities.
- Lead client discovery, needs assessment, and solutioning discussions to identify client priorities and develop tailored ESG, sustainability, climate, and impact-focused service offerings.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, concept notes, presentations, and commercial documents, ensuring high-quality and competitive submissions that effectively communicate Worldest Exports's value proposition.
- Lead client meetings, pitching sessions, and commercial negotiations to secure new projects, partnerships, and recurring engagements.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to design innovative and impactful solutions that address client needs while aligning with Worldest Exports's strategic priorities and capabilities.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling, upselling, and account growth opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporations, industry associations, development agencies, NGOs, academic institutions, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
- Monitor sustainability, ESG, climate, and market trends to identify emerging business opportunities, client needs, and potential service expansion areas.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Worldest Exports's business growth strategy, including market expansion, new service development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Maintain and strengthen Worldest Exports's business development pipeline, ensuring effective tracking of opportunities, client engagement, proposals, and conversion performance.

Requirements :
- Passionate about creating positive impact for people, the planet, and businesses. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B business development, partnerships, account management, consulting, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ESG, sustainability, climate, or GHG-related work, with a solid understanding of GHG accounting, DPP and key ESG frameworks (mandatory). Strong track record in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, pitching, and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking. Curious, proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati.
