1. Job Purpose/Objectives:
Work on deputation at customer sites for short / long durations. Perform all tasks assigned by the customer related to IT hardware / software. Ensure task completion as per customer TAT.

a. Ensure CSAT > 9 during the assignment / deputation
b. Budget Nil
c. Work in sync with onsite team as applicable
4. Principal Responsibilities:
Execute assigned customer calls for IT hardware / software
Report to customer assigned authority
Adhere to customer HR and IT processes and code of conduct
Ensure Vintech image and values are protected
Upgrade technical skills / certifications and undergo trainings as specified by the customer

6. Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Behaviours:
- Graduate in IT / Electronics / Computer Technology
- Minimum 3-year experience of IT Services, Hardware, Networking, Software
- Good technical, communication and presentation skills
Pay: ₹321,219.77 - ₹1,412,177.55 per year
