Job Summary
D Succeed Learners Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Junior IT Executive to provide day-to-day IT support and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, desktop support, and basic information security practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesHardware & Desktop Support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and computer hardware.
- Perform hardware repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Assemble and configure new computer systems.
Software Support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and application software.
- Resolve software-related issues and user queries.
- Perform software updates, patches, and antivirus installations.
- Maintain software licenses and ensure compliance.
Technical Support
- Provide first-level technical support to employees.
- Resolve IT-related issues through remote and on-site assistance.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel when required.
- Maintain IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Networking
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining office networking infrastructure.
- Support internet connectivity and network device configuration.
Information Security
- Ensure endpoint systems are protected with antivirus and security updates.
- Support implementation of basic IT security policies and procedures.
- Maintain user access permissions and password management.
- Assist in safeguarding company data and IT assets.
CCTV, Camera & DVR Support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
- Monitor CCTV system health and coordinate repairs when required.
- Maintain recordings and support surveillance infrastructure.
Multimedia Support
- Set up projectors, conference room equipment, audio/video systems, and presentation devices.
- Test multimedia equipment before meetings and training sessions.
- Troubleshoot audio, video, and display-related issues.
Asset Management
- Maintain inventory of IT assets including laptops, desktops, networking devices, and accessories.
- Track hardware allocation and maintain asset records.
- Coordinate warranty claims and vendor support.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Hardware & Networking.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, N+, MCSA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel between office locations if required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service timelines.
Pay: ₹10,647.40 - ₹35,329.52 per month
