Executive – Inventory Control

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Executive – Inventory Control to manage inventory accuracy, stock monitoring, and inventory optimization for our Printing and Embroidery operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability through effective inventory control practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems.
- Monitor stock levels, reorder points, safety stock, and inventory consumption.
- Ensure physical inventory matches system inventory through regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Track slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and near-expiry inventory and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor leftover stocks and validity periods of chemicals, dyes, consumables, and trims.
- Generate inventory reports, stock ageing reports, and inventory analysis reports.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Purchase, and Finance teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support periodic inventory audits and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure timely updating of inventory transactions in ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 6 Months –2 years of experience in Inventory Control, Stores, Warehouse, or Supply Chain functions.
- Experience in the Garments, Textile, Printing, Dyeing, Embroidery, or Manufacturing industry is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and Stock Control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including reporting and data analysis.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
- Inventory planning and stock optimization.
- Inventory audit and reconciliation processes.
- Chemical, dye, trims, or raw material inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
