We are looking for a Performance Social Media Marketer who is a true "creative unicorn"—someone who can not only produce eye-catching organic content (posts, reels, and videos) but also manage paid advertising campaigns that directly drive revenue and sales.
In this role, you won't just be chasing vanity metrics like likes and followers; your primary focus will be connecting organic brand awareness directly to our bottom-line sales through smart ad spend and high-converting content.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Production: Shoot, edit, and design engaging organic content (TikToks, Instagram Reels, static graphics, and copy) that captures audience attention and reflects our brand voice.
- Social Media Management: Plan and execute a consistent posting schedule, manage publishing, and actively engage with our community in comments and DMs.
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, or Google Ads to acquire new customers.
- Organic-to-Paid Testing: Identify top-performing organic content and scale them into high-converting paid ads.
- Data Analysis & ROI Optimization: Track key metrics such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS, and Conversion Rates. Continuously tweak targeting, ad copy, and budgets to maximize sales efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: [X+] years of hands-on experience managing both social media channels and paid performance ad campaigns (Meta/TikTok Ads Manager).
- Portfolio Required: A portfolio showcasing past content you have created (videos/graphics) alongside tangible proof of the sales or ROAS you've generated.
- Creative & Analytical Balance: You have an eye for aesthetic design and short-form video trends, but you are equally comfortable looking at spreadsheets, dashboards, and data analytics.
- Self-Starter: Ability to take ownership of the full marketing funnel from content creation to checkout conversion with minimal oversight.
