Requirement
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee and ensure customer engagement, team operations, and resource management. You will serve as the primary bridge between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams. Your main goal is to ensure seamless project delivery, maintain high employee morale, and align technical capabilities with customer demands.
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry (or a similarly complex domain) is highly preferred to navigate specialized technical requirements.
Key roles:
Project Management Skills

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high satisfaction.

Manage stakeholder expectations through regular project status updates and reviews.

Proactively identify client needs and translate them into actionable team tasks.

Resolve customer escalations quickly to maintain strong, long-term partnerships.

Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to minimize team attrition.

Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to deliver quality and team efficiency.

Manage project risks and create mitigation plans for potential delivery delays.
Technical Skills

Review and verification of inputs as per the project requirement.

Prepare and review process flow diagram for process based on project requirement.

Review Process Datasheets for Process equipment like Pumps, Storage tanks, Reactors, Vessels, Columns, Separator, Heat Exchangers and other process equipment such as filtration equipment, and drying equipment.

Review Hydraulic study, Hydraulic calculations for Line sizing, Pump head etc.

Review Control valve sizing calculations.

Review Relief valve sizing calculations using appropriate codes

Review Cause and Effect and Control Narratives based on the project requirements.

Conduct Surge analysis modeling for projects.
Work Experience
Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Overall 15+ Years of experience, 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery, or account operations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Domain Knowledge: Proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector (or energy/heavy manufacturing) is a strong advantage.
