Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete design process from concept to execution.
- Mentor and manage a team of interior designers and architects.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present design concepts.
- Ensure design quality, functionality, and timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with project managers, production, and execution teams.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and design innovations.
Requirements:
✔ 8–12+ years of experience in residential interior design/architecture.
✔ Prior experience in a custom interior design company is preferred.
✔ Strong leadership, client handling, and presentation skills.
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Lumion (or equivalent), and MS Office.
✔ Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
✔ Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
