Hiring: Excel Expert & Data Entry Operator (Jewellery Industry) — Celerity Jewels
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Excel Expert & Data Entry Operator to join our team in Andheri MIDC, Mumbai. If you’re fast, accurate, and comfortable working with large datasets in a jewellery manufacturing environment, we’d love to connect.
What you’ll do
- Maintain and manage product, inventory, and production data in Excel
- Perform accurate, high-volume data entry across jewellery SKUs and BOMs
- Build and maintain spreadsheets using formulas, pivot tables, and lookups
- Clean, organise, and reconcile data from multiple sources
- Coordinate with production, design, and operations teams for data accuracy
- Generate reports and summaries as required
What we’re looking for
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning)
- Hands-on experience with SJE Plus (jewellery ERP/software)
- Prior experience at Novel Jewels or a similar large jewellery manufacturer preferred
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with jewellery product data, inventory, or manufacturing workflows
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
