Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the non-woven fabric manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing and be confident working through inside sales channels. You will be responsible for expanding our market reach, developing strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify new markets and business opportunities for non-woven fabrics and products.
· Generate leads and close sales through field visits and inside sales efforts.
· Maintain strong product knowledge and monitor industry trends.
· Deliver customized presentations, quotes, and client solutions.
· Build and sustain long-term client relationships.
· Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
· Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order fulfilment.
· Maintain CRM data and prepare sales reports.
Preferred Skills:
· Prior experience in B2B sales
· Understanding of technical specifications and applications of non-woven fabrics.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
