2. Brand Management & Offline Marketing– Deeply understand Mihuru's brand story, visual identity, brand guidelines, and communication tone– Translate brand vision into consistent offline collaterals — standees, brochures, banners, kits, and event materials– Ensure all offline and online brand assets are aligned and on-brand at all times– Own the production and quality control of all marketing materials used in the field and at events
3. Partner Visits & Collateral Placement– Conduct regular partner visits to travel agents, consolidators, and tour operators for collateral placement and brand visibility– Ensure Mihuru's marketing materials (standees, posters, branding kits) are placed and maintained at partner locations– Build on-ground relationships with partners and gather feedback to improve brand presence– Coordinate logistics for collateral distribution across the partner network.
4. Social Media & Platform Communication– Manage and grow Mihuru's presence across platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and relevant portals– Create platform-specific content that resonates with both local travel professionals and urban fintech audiences– Adapt tone, language, and visuals for Tier 1 city audiences as well as local/town-level travel agents– Monitor platform performance and optimise content strategy based on data insights
5. Event Conceptualisation & Execution– Conceptualise and plan marketing events — partner meets, roadshows, and activations — aligned with brand guidelines– Coordinate end-to-end event logistics: venue, collaterals, communication, and on-ground execution– Document events for content creation and post-event reporting
6. Agency Briefing & Vendor Management– Brief creative and digital agencies clearly — translate brand needs and campaign goals into actionable briefs– Review agency output against brand guidelines and provide structured, constructive feedback– Negotiate with vendors, printers, and suppliers — strong bargaining skills are essential
7. Travel & Finance Industry Awareness– Stay current on India's travel industry — travel agents, OTAs, IATA ecosystem, and offline travel market– Understand the fintech landscape — BNPL, lending, NBFCs — to communicate Mihuru's products effectively– Bring industry intelligence into campaign planning and content strategy
8. Content Visualisation & Creative Direction– Visualise campaigns and content formats before execution — mood boards, structured briefs, or reference decks– Develop sharp understanding of what works for different segments — local agents vs urban professionals– Collaborate with designers and creators to produce work that is both on-brand and high-impact.
