We are looking for a talented Sr.SAP ABAP & Fiori Consultant ideally with strong technical design and development experience in core SAP modules.

Senior SAP ABAP/Fiori Consultant

Key responsibilities

 Design and implement technical solutions using ABAP/SAP Fiori/UI5/Odata
 Building SAP ABAP RICEF up to 50% of the time maximum.
 Eager to contribute and work on SAP ABAP development projects
 Implement and deploy SAP standard and custom Fiori applications
 Work on SAP BTP and SAP development tools like Eclipse, SAP Web IDE, BAS
 Assist with integration of SAP and non-SAP product tools
 Work with functional consultant to understand business needs
 Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
 Support end-users with training, issue resolution, and best practices.
 Ensuring above all that clients receive exceptional service and quality.
 Strong customer facing experience Working with our clients to Complete the necessary training with regards to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001 and be continually
company succeed in achieving ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001.
 Strive to be aware of processes and procedures to fulfil and adhere to requirements as required under the ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001.
 Responsibility for reporting, monitoring measurement, nonconformity and corrective action with regards to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001.

Skills and Qualifications:

 Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in ABAP/Fiori/ODATA Development work
 Experience in developing minimum 3+ UI5 Custom Apps for Client needs and the ability explain the purpose of them to business/clients
 Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in ABAP Development work
 Experience with ALE, OO, IDOC and BAPI's/BADI's
 Being part of at least 3 end-to-end projects (both greenfield and brownfield
 implementations.
 Ability to Design and Build FIORI Apps with inputs from Functional Consultants
 Ability to work in Projects following ‘Agile’ implementation methodology (i.e.
 developments progressed gradually often without functional specification).
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to take initiative in solution design and implementation.
 Knowledge of best practices in function - reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
 Strong teamwork skills.

Preferences:
 SAP certifications in relevant areas.
 Experience with SAP industry solutions (e.g., Energy, utilities, manufacturing,).
 Knowledge of non-SAP enterprise systems and integration techniques.
 Exposure to agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Interview Process at AG

We are looking for a talented individual ideally with exposure in the Oil and Gas/Energy/other sector with a very strong Management/ Leadership focus. The right candidate would be identified post the below mentioned interview rounds:

Round 1: HR Interview - To identify/cross check professional & personal details.
Round 2: Technical Round – To gauge the technical expertise of the candidate.
Round 3: Director rendezvous – Directors confirm if the candidate is a good fit for AG

The candidate would be asked to complete AG’s Application of Employment Form post successful completion of Round 1.
