About The Role:
We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven individuals for the role of Business Development Trainee. As a Business Development Trainee, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our programs, generating leads, handling client interactions, and converting prospects into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and parents
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
Explain company products/services in a professional manner
Build strong customer relationships and maintain client engagement
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
Maintain accurate records in CRM software
Coordinate with sales and operations teams
Drive revenue growth and business expansion
Convert leads into admissions/enrollments
Deliver excellent customer experience and customer satisfaction
Manage virtual meetings and online counseling sessions
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Sales-oriented mindset with target-achievement ability
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets
Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
