- Billing and Invoicing
- Prepare and generate invoices for accessories sales accurately and promptly.
- Ensure all bills are prepared as per company policies and GST requirements.
- Verify prices, discounts, and promotional schemes before billing
- Enter sales transactions into the billing software/DMS accurately.
- Update customer and product details in the system.
- Maintain proper records of daily billing transactions.
- Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with the stores department to confirm stock availability before billing.
- Ensure correct accessories are issued against invoices.
- Report stock discrepancies to the concerned department.
- Customer Service
- Assist customers with billing-related queries.
- Provide copies of invoices and other required documents.
- Ensure a smooth and professional billing experience.
- Cash and Payment Handling
- Receive and verify payments through cash, card, UPI, or other approved methods.
- Prepare daily payment summaries and reconcile collections.
- Deposit collections as per company procedures.
- Documentation and Record Keeping
- Maintain billing records, receipts, and supporting documents.
- File invoices systematically for future reference and audits.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and billing reports.
- Submit reports to the Accessories Manager/Department Head.
- Assist in stock and sales analysis when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
