About Tradr
Tradr is an international trade desk selling IT components and spares into global markets. You
will be part of the founding executive team that builds Tradr's export business from the ground
up.
The Role
As a Trade Desk Executive, you will be the engine of Tradr's daily export operations. You will
generate leads, build relationships with international buyers, manage the full quote-to-cash
cycle, and work closely with internal product managers to source the right inventory at the right
price. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to international B2B sales, export
documentation, and global logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify international buyer inquiries through outbound outreach, B2B
platforms (Alibaba, Global Sources, TradeKey, LinkedIn), and industry networks.
- Prepare quotations, proformas, and commercial proposals in line with Tradr's pricing
framework.
- Coordinate end-to-end export execution: order confirmation, documentation, packing,
freight booking, and dispatch.
- Prepare and verify export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, BL, COO, LC
documents, and compliance paperwork.
- Coordinate with internal product managers to confirm availability, pricing, and lead times.
- Maintain buyer relationships and drive repeat orders; keep CRM records accurate and
current.
- Track payments and follow up on collections in coordination with the finance team.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with a formal qualification in
international business or foreign trade (EXIM India certified, IIFT, or equivalent
international business program).
- 0–3 years of experience; freshers from recognized international trade programs will be
considered.
- Strong working knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, HS codes, and payment
instruments (LC, TT, DA/DP).
- Excellent written and spoken English; a second language (Arabic, French, Spanish,
Portuguese, or Russian) is a strong advantage.
- Comfort with B2B outreach, cold email, and relationship building over long sales cycles.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn a technical product
category.
