We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial documentation using Tally and MS Excel.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Make daily entries in Tally for purchase invoices received from vendors
- Record sales invoices and customer transactions accurately
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare and issue debit notes and credit notes as required
- Maintain and update various Excel sheets for tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Assist in monthly closing activities and basic financial reporting
- Maintain proper filing of vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents
- Coordinate with vendors and customers for ledger reconciliations
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Tally (Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- B.Com / equivalent commerce qualification preferred
