We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance department with administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records and accounting data
- Prepare invoices, bills, payment vouchers, and purchase entries
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable management
- Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry tasks
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions
- Support the preparation of financial reports and documents
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding payments
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
