Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller – Admissions & Workshops to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective parents, handling admission enquiries, promoting franchise workshops and events, scheduling field visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective parents generated through various marketing campaigns and enquiry sources.
- Counsel parents regarding the school's admission process, curriculum, facilities, and fee structure.
- Invite prospects to attend franchise workshops.
- Schedule and coordinate field visits, counselling sessions, and workshop registrations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM or designated system.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission/workshop registration targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports and update the reporting manager on lead status.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling
- Good persuasion, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
