About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow applications while working on international projects in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications
- Work on modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM based on business needs
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Workflows/Flow Designer
- Perform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Support platform upgrades and enhancements
- Work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to understand requirements
- Maintain technical documentation and follow best development practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- BTech / MCA in Computer Science, IT, ECE or related field
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow data model
- Experience with Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change Management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred
- ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification
- CIS – ITSM / HRSD / CSM (Highly desirable)
- Experience working in agile / sprint-based delivery models
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
