We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and strong expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Develop custom solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds based on business requirements.
- Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Custom Metadata.
- Build and optimize integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware (MuleSoft/Boomi), and Named Credentials.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in solution design discussions.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
Required Experience
- 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on implementation experience in 4–6 Salesforce Clouds.
- Strong experience with enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
