Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical)
- 8–10 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare production plans and monitor execution
- Generate production and plant performance reports
- Ensure efficient manufacturing operations
- Maintain SOPs, housekeeping and safety standards
- Monitor utilities, raw material consumption and resources
- Maintain production records and log sheets
- Track rejected finished goods and process improvements
- Coordinate with contractors and resolve operational issues
