Inventory Manager — Ginesys & VasyERP
Role: Inventory ManagerExperience: 2–5 years in retail/textile inventory preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete inventory operations using Ginesys and VasyERP.
- Maintain accurate product masters, SKU codes and barcodes.
- Create and maintain barcode records for every saree/product.
- Handle stock inward, outward, transfers, sales returns and purchase returns.
- Verify physical stock against software inventory.
- Manage inventory across multiple stores and warehouse locations.
- Process and monitor store-to-store stock transfers.
- Conduct regular barcode-based physical stock audits.
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Monitor damaged, missing, duplicate and slow-moving stock.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, billing and warehouse teams.
- Ensure every new product is correctly entered, priced, tagged and available in the system.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for stock movements.
- Train inventory/store staff on proper software and barcode procedures.
- Ensure Ginesys and VasyERP inventory data remains accurate and updated.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Ginesys and/or VasyERP.
- Strong understanding of retail inventory and barcode management.
- Good Excel knowledge.
- Experience handling multi-store inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
- Textile/saree retail experience will be an advantage.
Main Objective:To ensure that every physical product matches the software stock, from purchase → barcode → warehouse/store → transfer → sale → return → final stock reconciliation.
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
