- Site execution as per drawings & specifications
- RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing works supervision
- Reading & interpreting structural and architectural drawings
- BOQ understanding and quantity estimation
- Material knowledge (cement, steel, aggregates, tiles, fittings)
- Quality control at site
- Basic surveying knowledge (levels, alignment)
- Knowledge of IS codes & safety standards
Planning & Coordination
Daily work planning & task allocation
- Coordination with contractors, vendors & consultants
- Tracking work progress vs schedule
- Manpower planning & supervision
- Site measurement & bill verification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Civil engineering: 7 years (Preferred)
