Job Title: Senior Site Engineer / Project Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer / Project Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure project execution as per design, timelines, and quality standards, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Manage material planning, procurement, and inventory at site
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation
- Identify and resolve technical issues at site
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety norms, and company policies
- Lead and guide junior engineers and site staff
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
- Good project planning and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and team coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools
- Familiarity with software like AutoCAD is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or related field
- Relevant certifications (if any) are an added advantage
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in residential/commercial/infrastructure projects
- Handling end-to-end site execution
- Exposure to large-scale projects is a plus

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
