DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible to help conceptualize and execute the relevant branding marketing strategy includes ATL-BTL activities,brand plans, creation of brand communication in line with the brand value proposition.
· Understanding Retail & digital landscape for company’s product category.
· Building & leading company's brand communication strategy.
· Drawing and executing marketing plans as well as optimising internal marketing processes in that regard.
· Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of departmental activities and operations
· Monitor, analyse, and evaluate market trends, consumer / customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for the brands.
· Monitor, analyse, and evaluate brand performance and customer and consumer feedback to ensure that the marketing mix is aligned to meet changing customer / consumer needs.
· Liaise with other areas of the organisation (R&D, manufacturing) to implement these changes.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
· Qualification: Graduation in any stream
· Experience: Minimum 8-9 years of relevant experience
· FMCG, Beauty & Personal Care background preferred

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
