About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR cum admin who can handle end-to-end recruitment while managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. The candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment
- Source candidates through portals & references
- Conduct HR screening interviews
- Coordinate interviews with management
- Ensure candidate joins.
HR Operations:
- Maintain employee database
- Track attendance & leave
- Manage employee documentation
- Support HR policies implementation
Administration:
- Manage office supplies & inventory
- Coordinate with vendors
- Handle travel & accommodation bookings
- Ensure office maintenance
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Organizational & coordination skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong follow-up ability
Qualification
- Any graduate/MBA in HR preferred
- 1+ years experience in HR & Admin
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
