Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), SEO, and lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving both paid and organic leads. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance by analyzing key metrics such as CPC (Cost Per Click), CTR (Click-Through Rate), Conversion Rate, CPA, and ROAS.
- Generate high-quality organic leads through effective SEO, content optimization, and digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website rankings.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create high-converting marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or related field preferred).
- Experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Tracking, and Lead Generation.
- Knowledge of SEO and strategies for generating organic leads.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,808.40 per month
