About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience who is eager to work on real-time projects. The candidate should have strong technical fundamentals, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python, Node.js, and MERN stack
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and scalable front-end interfaces
- Develop robust backend APIs and integrate third-party services
- Work with databases such as MongoDB / MySQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security standards
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement processes
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
- Hands-on experience with Python and/or Node.js
- Working knowledge of MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration
- Familiarity with Git or version control systems
- Basic understanding of database management systems
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or Express.js
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of deployment and hosting processes
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
