IAM Architect - Identity & Access Management
Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, Access Management, and Zero Trust Security.
- Proven experience in designing, architecting, and implementing enterprise IAM solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Role Summary
The IAM Architect will be responsible for defining and driving the organization's Identity and Access Management strategy, architecture, and implementation roadmap. The role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Cisco Duo, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Governance, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies.
Required Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Strong hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud.
- Experience with Cisco Duo MFA and adaptive authentication.
- Expertise in SSO, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, and Conditional Access.
- Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, Kerberos, and SCIM.
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Hybrid Identity, and Cloud Identity.
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with SaaS and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust, ZTNA, and SASE architectures.
