Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team specializing in CCTV & Security Systems distribution. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Malayalam and possess strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and preferences.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to consumer inquiries to encourage product purchases.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business through calls, emails, and other forms of contact.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Drive sales by identifying qualified leads and converting them into customers.
- Promote and upsell CCTV & Security System products tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and finalize account setups.
- Handle objections, concerns, and customer payment negotiations.
- Product Knowledge and Industry Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest product offerings and advancements in the security systems industry.
- Confidently explain the features, benefits, and compatibility of products.
- Data and Process Management:
- Use ERP systems to maintain accurate databases of leads, customers, and sales opportunities.
- Track and report sales progress on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to meet acquisition goals.
- Maintain an organized workspace for quick access to product details and customer information.
- Payment Follow-ups:
- Manage payment collections by following up with customers regarding overdue payments and settlement negotiations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Malayalam (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of CCTV & Security Systems is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- Experience with ERP systems and basic organizational skills.
- Ability to handle objections, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
