Required Skills Must Have
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience handling monthly ad budgets of ₹1L+ across multiple accounts.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, e-commerce, and product-based marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with both service-based and product-based businesses.
- Proven experience managing campaigns for international clients.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance scaling.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking setups.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Good to Have
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience managing campaigns for SaaS, D2C, e-commerce, healthcare, real estate, education, fintech, or B2B brands.
- Experience with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing certifications.
- Experience scaling campaigns from startup stage to high-growth businesses.
- Understanding of international market trends, buyer behavior, and localization strategies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Agency experience is highly preferred.
- Has successfully managed multiple international client accounts.
- Can demonstrate campaign case studies showcasing ROAS improvements, lead generation success, or revenue growth.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive problem solver with a performance-driven mindset.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
