Responsibilities
- Act as primary technical contact for Checkpoint issues, owning them end-to-end until resolution
- Troubleshoot MDS/MLM and related infra issues; raise and escalate TAC requests with TAC/R&D as needed
- Perform health checks, performance tuning, upgrades, EOS replacements, and hotfix installations
- Recommend best practices and security posture improvements per Infosys standards
- Support automation of routine admin tasks
- Document solutions/knowledge base articles; share daily status updates
- Stay current on new Checkpoint features and drive implementation
Pay: Up to ₹2,100,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
