Job Summary
The Brief caller is responsible for driving business growth by managing lead generation, customer engagement, brief calling, appointment scheduling, sales coordination, and sales conversions. The role involves generating quality leads, conducting detailed brief calls, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, designers, and the marketing team. In addition to sales responsibilities, the Sales Manager must be willing to learn and work with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and other digital marketing platforms to monitor campaign performance, generate leads, analyze data, and prepare performance reports. The role requires strong analytical skills, ownership, and a proactive approach to improving business performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals to maximize conversions.
2. Brief Calling & Lead Qualification
- Contact leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website inquiries, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements, project scope, budget, timelines, and expectations.
- Collect complete project briefs, including property type, project status, location, budget, and design preferences.
- Qualify leads based on company criteria.
- Record accurate customer information and interactions in the CRM.
- Ensure all qualified leads are assigned to the design team with complete project details.
3. Lead Generation & Customer Follow-up
- Generate and nurture new leads through continuous follow-up.
- Schedule consultations between prospective customers and interior designers.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers until project confirmation.
- Re-engage inactive or lost leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
4. Digital Marketing Coordination
- Be willing to learn and effectively work with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and related digital marketing platforms.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Understand campaign objectives and provide feedback based on lead quality and customer conversions.
- Monitor digital marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay updated with new digital marketing trends and tools relevant to the business.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Monitor lead sources, conversion rates, appointment ratios, customer acquisition costs, and sales metrics.
- Maintain sales dashboards and prepare analytical reports for management.
- Analyze Meta and Google campaign performance.
- Measure Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and lead conversion performance.
- Present reports and recommendations to improve lead generation and sales efficiency.
- Ensure CRM data is accurate, updated, and maintained consistently.
6. CRM & Data Management
- Maintain complete and accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Update lead status after every call, meeting, and follow-up.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and project updates.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and sales reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
7. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with interior designers regarding appointments and project briefs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with management on sales forecasting and business planning.
- Assist in developing and improving sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Support the overall growth objectives of the company through effective teamwork.
Daily Responsibilities
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective customers.
- Generate new leads through various sales channels.
- Qualify leads and collect detailed project briefs.
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings with designers.
- Follow up on pending quotations and proposals.
- Update CRM after every customer interaction.
- Monitor Meta and Google campaign performance.
- Review sales dashboards and marketing analytics.
- Prepare and submit daily sales, lead generation, and analytics reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure seamless lead handling.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, lead generation, or customer relationship management.
- Experience in the interior design, construction, furniture, home décor, or real estate industry will be an added preference.
- Prior exposure to digital marketing platforms is an added advantage; however, candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
