We are looking for a talented Web Developer to join our team in Mohali. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern, responsive websites and web applications for clients across various industries. Working closely with designers, project managers, and backend developers, you will deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and performance-driven digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive websites and web applications using modern web technologies.
- Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, functional web pages.
- Build, customize, and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver complete solutions.
- Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of professional experience in Web Development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Experience with PHP and at least one framework such as Laravel or CodeIgniter is preferred.
- Good understanding of MySQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
- Basic understanding of website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows.
- Portfolio of live websites or GitHub projects.
