Job Description: We are hiring experienced Admission Counsellors for our EdTech division, focusing on Online & Distance Universities. The candidate must have prior EdTech sales/counselling experience. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students on online university programs and course offerings Handle inbound & outbound leads Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment targets Maintain accurate records in CRM Follow up with leads and close admissions Ensure a smooth enrolment process and student satisfaction Eligibility Criteria: Mandatory: 2+ years of experience in EdTech / Online University sales Strong communication and convincing skills Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Experience in handling student queries and conversions Why Join Us?
