Used Car Sales Manager
Responsible for leading and managing the pre-owned car sales operations, including:
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets for used cars
- Close the deal with customers on sales price
- Managing inventory display, pricing, and rotation
- Training and supervising the sales team for high performance
- Ensuring transparent and customer-focused deal closures
- Coordinating finance, insurance, RTO, and delivery processes
- Maintaining customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Reporting sales performance to senior management
