About the Role:
Saraswati Professional & Higher Education Society (SPHES), Punjab is inviting applications for the position of Associate Director / Manager – Outreach & Strategic Alliances.
The role requires a highly dynamic, relationship-oriented, and growth-focused professional who can strengthen the institution's outreach ecosystem across Punjab and establish strategic partnerships with schools, educational institutions, counsellors, coaching centres, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, principals, management teams, career counsellors, coaching institutes, and educational influencers
- Plan and execute School Connect Programs, Principal Meets, Counsellor Meets, Career Guidance Sessions, and outreach campaigns
- Lead student outreach initiatives to enhance admissions and institutional awareness
- Represent the institution at education fairs, career expos, seminars, conferences, and academic events
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with schools, coaching centres, NGOs, and educational organizations
- Collaborate with admissions, branding, academic, and management teams to achieve institutional growth objectives
- Generate, maintain, and strengthen stakeholder databases across Punjab
- Monitor outreach performance and prepare reports for management review
- Identify new partnership opportunities and market expansion initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM / Master's Degree preferred)
- Minimum 5–15 years of experience in Outreach, Admissions, Business Development, Educational Marketing, Institutional Relations, or Strategic Partnerships
- Strong professional network among schools, educational institutions, coaching centres, and counsellors across Punjab
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and educational outreach initiatives
- Candidates from Universities, Higher Education Institutions, EdTech Organizations, School Chains, Coaching Networks, or Education Consulting backgrounds will be preferred
