- Assist in cutting, shaping, fitting, and assembling components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
- Support welding, bonding, fastening, and other assembly operations as per work instructions.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure accurate and efficient assembly of products.
- Identify components, dimensions, and assembly sequences from technical documents.
- Report any discrepancies in drawings or specifications to supervisors.
- Inspect incoming materials and assembled products for defects or non-conformities.
- Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and rulers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Assist in maintaining quality records and documentation.
- Perform basic functional tests and inspections on assembled units under supervision.
- Assist in equipment alignment, troubleshooting, and diagnostic testing activities.
- Ensure products meet quality and performance requirements before release.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in a clean and organized condition.
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and manufacturing best practices.
- Participate in workplace safety initiatives and report hazards promptly.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
