Qualification:
1) B.Sc / Degree or Diploma in Engineering
2) Additional Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS)
3) Worked as Safety Officer in a manufacturing sector for minimum 10 years
Location :
Strictly an on-site posting. Will be stationed and required to stay at factory location in Village Talegaon SP, Ashti, District Wardha, Maharashtra.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all safety compliances required by PESO Rules, Labour laws, Factories act
- Create and implement safety policies and procedures
- Maintain safety records and documentations up to date
- Spread awareness and conduct training or all employees to be aware of and adhere to safety policies
- Conduct risk assessment regularly to identify hazard and risks
- Inspection and maintenance of safety equipment in line with regulatory requirements and factory requirements
- Investigate accidents and incidents in case of occurrence. Root cause analysis and documentation, recommendation of corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
